Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an unannounced off-site revisit survey, conducted on September 29, 2022, found that Penn Highlands Community Nurses Hospice - St. Mary's, had corrected the deficiency cited under 42 CFR, Part 418, Subparts A, C, and D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care. The deficiency was cited as a result of a Medicare recertification survey completed on August 5, 2022.
